Krav Maga for self-defense is the most effective real-world system taught today. Originally developed for protection in the Bratislava ghetto, it was later refined and embraced by Israel Defense Forces. Today, it is the preferred system for law enforcement agencies and U.S. military units. It was designed to be learned quickly, be accessible to all different ability levels, and used effectively under stress.  Krav Maga utilizes powerful striking and instinctive movements to deal with common threats, multiple attackers, weapon threats, scenarios such as carjacking or abduction, and more. Krav Maga is a principle based system and is meant to be adapted to best fit the situation. 

Who is Krav Maga for?

Everyone! Young, less young, any gender, any ability level. All of our classes provide an effective, fun, and engaging workout ; Athlete or first time exercising, we’ll help you get the most out of every class!

FIGHTING

Develop, test, and hone your hand-to-hand combat training through partner drills and sparring. These classes are for men and women to become more effective at fighting for sport, exercise, and self-defense. With hand-to-hand combat taught by experienced professionals, your Krav Maga skills will strengthen like never before.

The Krav Maga Fight Program offers a variety of fighting classes for adults, welcoming men and women of all skill and experience levels. Our goal is to train fighters who are well rounded—both standing and on the ground—possessing a wide variety of skills for any potentially dangerous situation.

FITNESS

Krav Maga Lubbock Fitness programs offer specialized and unique fitness classes that you can’t get anywhere else. Whether you are interested solely in fitness, or you wish to enhance your Krav Maga training, these programs bring an innovative approach combining aspects of the Israeli self-defense system for a total body Krav Maga workout. Our trainers are skilled professionals and completely dedicated to helping students succeed

New Students Welcome:

New to Krav Maga fitness? Don’t sweat it. We welcome students of all levels to join our Krav Maga fitness workouts. In our fitness classes all the movements we teach can be modified or progressed in a way that any level of fitness can participate safely and effectively.

You don’t need to bring anything, but we recommend bringing a bottle for water and basic safety gear if you have it (mouthguard, hand wraps, groin protection).
